Where vehicle entry to a property by tenants is necessary, controlling access may be a desirable requirement.

Rented parking spots by tenants are commonly abused by unauthorized vehicles. Where clustered apartment buildings have private entry roads, it may be desirable to limit entry only to authorized tenants.

Installation of ITI’s Automatic Barrier Gates accomplishes these restrictions through the use of our ButtonKey Access Control. The ButtonKeys can be programmed to limit individual access to locations wherever a tenant is permitted, e.g., certain entry doors, parking lots, meeting rooms, etc.

In the picture above, all tenants gain entry to their buildings using their personal ButtonKeys. Only tenants with valid parking spots can open the parking barrier gate with their ButtonKey.

Where applicable, Automatic Barrier Gates may also replace expensive full time security personnel.
